~Mother's Day Weekend~

I had a great Mother's Day Weekend! Jarod, Lani and Dax gave me a gift certificate for a hair cut and color and a gift certificate for a pedicure! I am going to get the new cut and color tomorrow afternoon! I have all these gray hairs and I have got to get rid of them too. Not sure how I'm going to get my hair cut. i thought I wanted to grow my hair out again, but I'm kind of sick of it. Lani and Dax also brought me home lots of cute goodies they made at school last week. The highlight of the day though was seeing my little Lani Bug on the big screen at church and talking about why she loves her mommy. I knew she was going to do this and I am glad I was aware ahead of time, because if it would have been a surprise I would have been crying louder than I already was. Lani said in the video that she loves her mommy because I cook her chicken nuggets, I give her hugs and I give her kisses! So sweet!! All the kids in the video did a great job!!

Shout out to my mom - She is great and I am glad we are so close!! Yes, we argue at times, Yes, we don't always see things the same way, but isn't that normal!! :) I'm glad my mom is one of my best friends and how we always have a great time when we are together - I love you mom!!

One more exciting thing. As most of you know, I have gained this love for coupons! I love Bi-Lo and using my bonus card and coupons. Well, I usually give them my bonus card after they scan the groceries because I LOVE seeing the total drop tremendously - Well, Saturday when the scanned my groceries, my total was $101.04, then I give them my bonus card and coupons and my total = $65.86. My deal of the day - 2 loaves of Sara Lee Bread for a Grand Total of $0.58!!! The bread was buy one get on free and I had 2 dollar off coupons! I was super pumped about that deal!!!
