Toy Story 3
Lani, Dax, Harper, Emily, My Aunt Betty and my two cousins Brooklyn and TJ went to see Toy Story 3 yesterday. I'm excited because this is the FIRST movie Lani and Dax have both been able to make it through at the movie theatre. Lani has done OK in the past, but Dax just hasn't been ready for that, well until yesterday. Oh, and Harper, well she slept through the entire movie! I do have one complaint. Just keep in mind that the theatre was not full at all - I mean there were empty seats and rows everywhere. My crew took up over half a row - there were only five seats left in the row we were in. I had Harper sitting beside me in her carrier and this girl, probably around 8, basically sits on top of Harper. When the girl pulled the seat down, she was basically sitting on Harper's head. I told the girl, I need to move my baby. Did she get out of her seat? No! She then told her mom, there is a baby in this spot and the girl moved down a seat. The mom basically shrugged her shoulders about my baby and made her child move back to the seat. At this point the movie had already started and to move my crew of 8, would have been ridiculous. These people could have sat anywhere and not on top of my baby. At that point, I had Harper directly in front of me and my legs and feet all in Dax's territory. Ugh - I'm over it now though :) Has anyone else seen this movie. I hate to admit this, but I cried at the end!! I won't give anything away, but if you go see it - take your tissue's!!!

...REFUND....
I'm sure most of you read about my Similac Uh-Oh last week. Well, Jarod sent them an email and never heard anything back. Well, today he decides to give them a call and let them know they need to change their labels, we bought the wrong stuff, our child cried for two days because of this - you get the idea. Well he was super nice to the Similac people about it and they were super nice back. They told Jarod they would send us a refund check, since we bought the wrong formula. I do feel a little guilty though, because I had a sample of Enfamil and decided to give it a try. Harper seems to like the Enfamil better and she isn't nearly as gassy, so Enfamil may now be my formula of choice. YAY for Refunds!!!

~Uh-Oh~
Uh-Oh, that's all I can say and feel really, really bad!! For the past two days, Harper hasn't been herself. She has been really fussy and gassy. The nights have been terrible, we haven't slept much the past few nights. I mean, Harper went from sleeping 7 hours straight to waking up every hour! Today, as I went to fix her a bottle, I noticed something! I bought the wrong formula!!!! Harper takes Similac - it is in a white container, with a blue lid and a little shield on the label. What does the Similac I bougth look like - It is in a white container, with a blue lid and a little shield on the label. What is so different?? Well, at the bottom of the label it says - for babies 9-24 months, to help with their bigger immune systems! I feel terrible - I should have read the label better! No wonder she has been upset, I changed her formula and didn't even know it! We are about to head to the store to buy the correct formul and hopefully her belly will feel better soon. When we get home, I'm considering sending an email to the Similac people to tell them that maybe their formula containers and labels should look different for different products!
